Preview: New Self-Serve Microsoft Customer Tenant Porting

We are introducing a new feature that enables customers to connect their existing Microsoft customer tenant to their marketplace Company. This eliminates the need for partners to facilitate customer onboarding manually.
Customers with an existing Microsoft customer tenant can now complete the integration without leaving the purchase (CheckoutV2) flow.
This feature simplifies onboarding by addressing the challenges of Microsoft's transfer system and the manual Reseller Relationship Request (RRR) process. Customers can now complete the connection to their tenant securely while checking out a Microsoft product:

Enter existing Microsoft customer tenant details (xxx.onmicrosoft.com), ideally a user account email with administrator privileges.

Enter account credentials.

Accept the RRR request.
Feature enablement
This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
Setting enablement
The following marketplace settings must be enabled:

Microsoft Relationship Request Notification - Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings | Notifications. Click Microsoft Relationship Request Notification.

Microsoft Tenant Porting - Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings | Sync Settings. Select Microsoft Tenant Porting.
